Job Summary:

The Information Technology Project Lead assumes responsibility starting from project Study to Delivery & Maintenance which includes scheduling, assigning & tracking. Teams that report to Project lead are Development & Testing team. Role also include management of issues, risks, challenges, and Project Estimation.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Provide project management and project leadership:

• Lead and direct cross-functional teams to deliver projects within the constraints of schedule, budget and resources
• When applicable, work collaboratively with 3rd party vendor project managers to deliver projects within the constraints of schedule, budget and resources
• Manage project teams, including 3rd party vendors, to meet contractual obligations
• Create, maintain, and execute project plans
• Coordinate the activities of the project team and provide guidance and assistance where needed
• Monitor and report project progress to reporting authorities.
• Ensure that risks and issues are identified, analyzed and addressed
• Escalate as needed to resolve issues to ensure project progress
• Participate in the development and implementation of improved project processes, guidelines and metrics for assigned projects
• Assist in the development of the project management methodology and
• Effectively apply methodology and enforce project standards.
• Co-ordinate with nternal Customers (Marketing, Technical) as well as External Customers for smooth development and implementation of projects.
